Dear Colleague,

            This year marks the 12th Annual Wound Care Congress and emphasizes the many dynamic changes taking place in wound care.  We look forward to having you join us for 30 hours of the latest issues in wound management presented by our outstanding conference faculty.  Since its inception, this conference has been geared toward providing quality, evidence-based information the attendee can take home and readily apply to his or her own practice.  In addition, this conference provides excellent directive for those seeking to enhance their practice by incorporating multifaceted wound management interventions.  This year's conference will also feature more experiential workshops, such as total contact casting, debridement and lower limb bandaging for edema control, for hands-on opportunities to refine your wound management skills.  Our nationally-recognized, interdisciplinary faculty will share their own clinical cases and research, and are sure to stimulate new ideas about the way you approach your most challenging wound care patients.

          What better place to learn and network, than the magical place on earth?  Our conference will be hosted by the fabulous Gaylord Palms Resort Hotel and Convention Center, located in Kissimmee, Florida, just 5 minutes from the entrance to Disney World.  The resort boasts a 4.5 acre atrium containing three distinctive Floridian environments, including a lagoon and waterfall.  A luxurious conference setting, syllabi with handouts from each session and an interactive poster and exhibit hall make this the fall conference to attend.  The program has been designed to allow for free evenings to socialize or venture through the park.
