Dr. Jeffrey Niezgoda is the Regional Medical Director of the Centers for Comprehensive Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, St. Luke’s Medical Center, Aurora Health Care, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Dr. Niezgoda the President of Hyperbaric & Wound Care Associates and the Vice President of the American College of Hyperbaric Medicine.  He is board certified in both hyperbaric medicine and emergency medicine, with fellowship training in hyperbaric and wound care.  He is a fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association, the American College of Hyperbaric Medicine and the American Academy of Emergency Physicians, as well as a diplomat of the American Board of Hyperbaric Medicine.  Dr. Niezgoda has lectured extensively on hyperbaric oxygen therapy and advanced wound care at all major National and International conferences. His research interests include the utilization of advanced technologies in limb salvage and he has authored multiple books, book chapters and other publications in peer-reviewed journals.  Dr. Niezgoda is recognized as an expert in hyperbaric medicine and advanced wound care technology, having served as a consult to CMS and as a chair and member of several Expert Consensus Panels.
